1. Purpose
NumeHash is a digital ecosystem where users, creators, professionals and businesses can publish content, build networks, communicate, participate in campaigns and access eligible reward opportunities.
This Creator & Community Policy explains the standards that apply to profiles, posts, reels, articles, comments, messages, calls, meetings, campaigns and other activity conducted through NumeHash.
By using NumeHash, you agree to follow this Policy, the Privacy Policy, Reward Earning Rules, Terms of Use and any campaign-specific requirements displayed on the Platform.
2. Who this Policy applies to
This Policy applies to individual users, creators, influencers, professionals, company accounts, advertisers, campaign owners, recruiters, organisations and anyone who uploads, publishes, shares, communicates or transacts through NumeHash.
Additional verification or conduct requirements may apply to creators, businesses, advertisers and users participating in paid campaigns, rewards or financial workflows.
3. Authentic identity and account use
Users must provide accurate and genuine account information. You must not:
- Impersonate another person, creator, company or organisation.
- Create misleading profiles using stolen names, images, credentials or business details.
- Create or operate multiple accounts to manipulate reach, referrals, rewards or campaigns.
- Sell, transfer, rent, purchase or share access to NumeHash accounts.
- Use another person’s account without their authorisation.
- Use bots, scripts or automated tools to register accounts or perform platform activity.
NumeHash may request verification or restrict an account where identity, device, campaign, security or reward-related risk is detected.
4. Content ownership and permission
You should publish only content that you created, have permission or a valid licence to use, or are otherwise legally authorised to publish.
You remain responsible for your content. Do not upload copyrighted music, videos, photographs, logos, text or other protected material without appropriate permission.
When content is uploaded, you grant NumeHash the limited rights required to host, process, display, distribute, recommend and promote that content through the Platform, subject to the Terms of Use and applicable privacy settings.
5. Prohibited content and behaviour
NumeHash may restrict or remove content or conduct involving:
Illegal or dangerous activity
Unlawful conduct, violence, terrorism, trafficking, exploitation, dangerous challenges or sale of prohibited goods.
Harassment, hate and abuse
Threats, bullying, stalking, doxxing, repeated unwanted contact, or attacks against people based on protected characteristics.
Sexual exploitation and child safety
Child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, sexual solicitation involving minors or content that endangers children.
Fraud and deception
Scams, phishing, fake investment or earning claims, pyramid schemes, misleading job offers, impersonation, fabricated testimonials or deceptive promotions.
Privacy violations
Publishing private addresses, identity documents, financial details, private communications or confidential information without authority.
Spam and manipulation
Mass posting, repetitive comments, irrelevant tagging, artificial engagement, fake followers, coordinated engagement groups or activity mainly intended to manipulate reach or rewards.
Materially harmful misinformation
Content that is materially deceptive and likely to cause serious harm to public safety, health, financial security or individual rights.
6. AI-generated and edited content
Creators may use AI tools where permitted, but remain responsible for the output.
Content should be clearly disclosed or labelled as AI-generated or materially altered where it could reasonably mislead viewers, represents a real person synthetically, is required by a campaign, is required by law, or is required by the Platform interface.
AI must not be used to impersonate another person, manufacture evidence, create deceptive endorsements or violate intellectual-property, privacy or personality rights.
7. Creator campaigns
Creators participating in a campaign must:
- Read the complete campaign brief before applying.
- Provide accurate profile, audience and social-account information.
- Submit original proposals and content.
- Meet agreed deadlines and deliverables.
- Follow brand-safety, disclosure and platform requirements.
- Obtain approval before materially changing agreed content.
- Avoid artificial views, engagement, referrals or performance data.
- Keep campaign communication and submissions within the authorised workflow.
An application does not guarantee selection. A shortlist or discussion does not create a confirmed order until the required offer, acceptance and payment-protection workflow is completed.
8. Sponsored and branded content
Paid, gifted, affiliate or otherwise sponsored content must be disclosed clearly, prominently and in a way that is understandable to the audience.
Creators must follow applicable advertising standards and the rules of the social platform where the content is published. Unsupported claims about income, investment returns, health outcomes, products or business performance are prohibited.
9. Creator performance and professional conduct
Creators are expected to communicate respectfully, respond within a reasonable time, deliver work matching the approved brief, protect confidential campaign information and promptly disclose an inability to complete an order.
Creators must submit genuine performance information and must not remove approved sponsored content before the agreed period unless the campaign owner or NumeHash permits it.
Repeated cancellations, copied work, misleading submissions or bad-faith conduct may affect future campaign eligibility.
10. Community interactions
Likes, comments, follows, shares, referrals, views, messages and calls should represent genuine human interest and respectful communication.
Reciprocal engagement arrangements made only to earn points, meaningless repeated comments, artificial viewing, coordinated multiple-account activity, fake engagement requests and repeated unsolicited commercial messaging are prohibited.
11. Reporting content or users
Users may report content, accounts, messages or activity that appears to violate this Policy. Reports should be made honestly and include sufficient context where available.
Repeated false or malicious reporting may itself be treated as abuse. NumeHash may review reported content, related account history, technical signals and other relevant evidence.
12. Enforcement
Depending on severity, history and risk, NumeHash may:
- Reduce content visibility or remove content.
- Remove reward eligibility or reverse points.
- Restrict messaging, calling, social actions or campaign access.
- Suspend, disable or permanently delete a spam or fraudulent account.
- Preserve limited records required for legal, security, financial or audit purposes.
- Notify relevant authorities where required by law.
Immediate action may be taken without prior notice where necessary to prevent fraud, harm, security risk or legal violation.
13. Appeals and grievances
A user may request review of an enforcement decision by providing their account email or username, relevant content or transaction details and the reason the decision should be reconsidered.

Continued use after the effective date of an updated policy will be governed by the updated version, subject to applicable law.
